saturation of an existing parcel of land and what future
business is entering or exiting the market. Our CEO, Ray Thakkar, is highly regarded as a successful financial CONSULTANT. His 30 plus years in the Hospitality industry allows him to draw on his vast network of contacts and bring his financial strategic business savvy to the negotiation table. Our MANAGEMENT style is very hands on. A hotel is a large investment that can only be protected with active involvement. Our managers keep current with franchise standards and are out walking the property and interacting with their staff, guests and community. It takes a whole team to win the game; therefore we take recruiting the right person to run our hotels very seriously. |
